The Information and Communications Technology Center (ICTC) recently concluded the latest installment of its iTRain series. The Basic Troubleshooting Workshop was held at the 2nd floor of the ICTC Building on July 16 and 23.
The workshop, facilitated by Technical Service Personnel Henry Litrero and Virgilio Manalo explored topics such as PC troubleshooting introduction, hardware familiarization, computer components, software, Windows, Office, common problems and solutions, printer troubleshooting and computer cleaning.
The two-day workshop was attended by staff members of DLSU-D. After the lectures, the Technical Team of the ICTC conducted a practical demonstration of the topics that were tackled by the training.
iTrain series head Derick Gil Orbe thanked the Lasallian community for its positive response and assured that there will be more trainings targetted towards faculty and students in the future.
