History
The Lasallian family has also found other ways to address the needs of the poor, apart from championing quality education accessible to poor and vulnerable particularly the young. One way is through creating Tulong Lasalyano, the social action arm of the De La Salle Brothers Inc, in August 2021. We were formed as part of the Philippine Lasallian Family’s pandemic response called “Kada Uno”.
From the Tulong Lasalyano Pandemic Response, it evolved to a unit, focused on responding to natural and anthropogenic disasters, education in emergencies and livelihood programs.
