Laudato Si Grants

Marc Gepaya

As a network of Lasallian educational institutions, De La Salle Philippines is committed to societal transformation through innovations in curriculum, pedagogy, community engagement and research.  In 2017, we will be launching a program inspired by Pope Francis’ second encyclical, Laudato Si’-On Care for Our Common Home.   The encyclical delves into the contemporary issues of sustainability and environmental protection demonstrating how the quality of life is intimately connected to the quality of the environment.  Pope Francis raises the “urgent challenge to protect our common home and to engage in a new dialogue about how we are shaping the future of our planet. ”
