Executive Assistant to the FSC Community

Employment Classification and Rank: Permanent/Officer Level
Reports to: Auxiliary Visitor and/or DLSP President

Job description:  provides a wide-range of administrative support to De La Salle Brothers' official functions and logistics which includes but not limited to various executive concerns of the local and foreign members of the FSC religious communities.

Specific tasks:
• performs administrative functions for official needs of De La Salle Brothers (documentations, monitoring of official functions, official requisitions, and record keeping)
• perform other functions that may be assigned to him/her.

Job Qualifications:
• Education: at least a Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 2 years of work experience as Executive Assistant or Executive Secretary; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• With unquestionable integrity and work ethics;
• Collaborative and team player;
• With strong interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English communication skills both in written and verbal communications;
• Satisfactory office management skills


National Coordinator, National Commission for Education in the Emergencies (EIE)

Reports to: Director, Lasallian Mission Services Unit

Job description:  Manages and controls all programs and concerns related to Education in Emergency of the De La Salle Philippines and the District.

Specific tasks:
• Create a Volunteer Program for the Lasallian East Asia District
• Create an Education Program that will address the needs of student stakeholders in emergency situations (e.g. refugees, areas of conflict, victims of violence, street children)
• Oversee all aspects of the education in emergency initiatives of the De La Salle Philippines and the District.
• Identify possible areas that need assistance.
• Propose impactful interventions based on the needs of the conflict or disaster-stricken community.
• Ensure proper preparations are made, the good quality of the intervention is maintained, and that the local community is engaged in all stages of the education response.

Job Qualifications:
• Education:  Master’s Degree Holder - Master’s degree holder in relevant field/Educational Leadership and Management; in lieu of Master’s degree, must have at least 5 years of management experience.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills;
• With unquestionable integrity and have a dependable personality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Very satisfactory Management Skills:  Community Building, Decision making, multi-tasking, strategizing, time management, teamwork, critical thinking.

Program Coordinator for Lasallian Animation and Formation Office (LAFO)

Reports to: Director, Lasallian Mission Services Unit

Job description:  Manages and controls all programs and concerns related to Lasallian Animation and Formation Office of the Lasallian Mission Services Unit.

Specific tasks:
• Establish a selection criteria for formators and administrators who will implement Lasallian Formation programs;
• Identify potential formators, writers, and administrators through a thorough assessment of each individual’s skill level and relevant training needs, done in coordination with the Regional Coordinators.
• Mapping out identified priority programs;
• Organize sub-working committees under LAFO specific programs;
• Ensure alignment of program framework with the Lasallian mission, guiding principles, values, and strategic intents;
• Assess the expertise required for the program contents
• Identify and coordinate availability of the program’s resource requirements;
• Coordinates with the DLSP schools and other groups on behalf of the LAFO Core Group.
• Manage logistic requirements during the program proper;
• Monitor implementation of the programs both at the regional and national level;
• Review results of program evaluation for the perusal of different committees under LAFO;

Job Qualifications:
• Education: at least a Bachelor’s degree holder with at least 3 years of work experience as Program coordinator, program specialist, or program manager; Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Fluent in English communication skills both in written and verbal communications.

Internal Auditor

Job description:  The Internal Auditor supports and implements the Audit and Total Quality Management activities of the unit for Luzon and Mindanao. Does other tasks which may be assigned.

Specific tasks:
• Supports and implements the MCS (Modern Conduct of School) Development Commission program
• Act as Field Auditor for Luzon and Mindanao

Job Qualifications:
• Education: at least a Bachelor’s degree holder in Accountancy; a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and with experience in Audit.
• Fluent in English communication skills both in written and verbal communications.
